Good Places Studio is a brand and placemaking studio for hospitality and luxury real estate.
We understand that a place is a living, breathing, shifting thing—whether that place is a hotel, a residence, a development, or the destination it sits in. We’re involved in its complete lifecycle: from the first question of what a place should make people feel, through to the details that bring that feeling to life.
We're part of Good Times Capital, a group that develops, finances, and operates in hospitality and luxury real estate. We work inside the industry we design for, so we know what makes a place work when it opens, and beyond.
The Founders
-
Roman has spent more than twenty-five years working across real estate, hospitality and cultural projects. He founded Athena Advisers in 2003, building an international property advisory business working across markets including France, Portugal, Brazil and Turkey, and later founded Harvest Series, bringing together a global community through gatherings, cultural programming and hospitality.
Alongside these businesses, he has been involved in the conception and development of destinations and real-estate projects across Europe and beyond, working at the intersection of investment, development, hospitality and the culture of a place.

Naz’s work spans brand building, creative direction, cultural programming, editorial and writing. She began her career in New York at NeueHouse and Mana Contemporary, before co-founding beije, a direct-to-consumer fem-tech brand that grew into a community of more than 300,000 people. She later led brand and creative at Harvest Series, overseeing its brand, editorial direction and creative output across gatherings, publishing, film, podcast and digital.
Her wider practice has included creative and editorial work for brands and cultural institutions including META Foundation and Erimtan Museum, alongside independent work in brand strategy and creative direction. As a writer, she works across features, arts and culture, editorial commissions and books for children.
Across these different forms, her work is concerned with the same thing: how an idea develops a point of view, how that point of view is expressed, and how people come to gather around it.
